Privacy Policy — Days Since

Last updated: 28 September 2026

Days Since does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ad networks, no trackers, and no third-party SDKs.

What the app stores

Everything you enter — the names of the items you track, their icons, their expected cadence, and the dates you marked them done — is stored on your device, inside the app's own shared container. It is used solely to display your list, the home screen and Lock Screen widgets, and the Control Center control.

Network access and iCloud

Days Since has no account, no login, and no server of its own. The only network use is Apple's iCloud key-value store, which keeps your list the same on the devices signed into your Apple Account — typically an iPhone and an iPad.

That copy lives in your own iCloud, under your Apple Account. The developer cannot see it, cannot access it, and receives nothing. If you are not signed into iCloud, or iCloud is switched off, the app simply keeps the list on the device and works exactly as before.

An Apple Watch is kept in step by the iPhone it is paired with, over the direct connection between the two — nothing about that leaves the pair, and there is no server involved there either.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Days Since schedules local notifications on your device. These are generated and delivered entirely by iOS. No notification content leaves your device, and no push server is involved.

Data deletion

Deleting an item removes it and its history immediately. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device. Because nothing is ever uploaded, there is no server-side copy to request or erase.

Children

Days Since is safe for all ages. Since it collects no data at all, it collects no data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Apple Watch
